Director, Talent Acquisition

Job Information

Duties and Responsibilities • Successfully develop, communicate, and execute a talent acquisition strategy that ensures a strong pipeline of candidates • Actively promote the unique Company culture and brand to attract top talent that reflects the multicultural markets we serve • Directly lead and develop a team of high-performing talent acquisition professionals by fostering and supporting career development, and cascading appropriate feedback and communication • Leverage targeted candidate outreach strategies including employee referrals, social media campaigns, job fairs, etc. to implement an enterprise-wide strategic talent acquisition plan • Manage partnerships and contracts with outside agency vendors • In partnership with People Center Business Partners, conduct talent acquisition planning and forecasting sessions with key leaders/executives • Oversee and/or lead executive/high-urgency searches when appropriate, in addition to maintaining a targeted group of requisitions • Provide analysis of talent acquisition metrics to drive workforce planning - reporting out to senior leadership team • Participate in the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting • Fully integrate and leverage Predictive Index assessment tool in all selection and hiring decisions • Manage talent acquisition team budget Experience/Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree; Masters preferred • 10+ years of corporate recruitment operations experience in a high volume and multi-site environment, utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques • Industry experience or the intellectual curiosity to develop the requisite business acumen fairly quickly • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work with all levels of leaders as a trusted partner • Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.; high proficiency with Taleo, Microsoft Office and ATS/HRIS systems • Strong leadership capabilities and a true passion for developing and engaging teams • Strong aptitude for interpreting analytics to monitor trends and adjust approach for business impact • Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible • Must have excellent professional presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact and engage all levels of management/leadership • Strong business acumen and organizational agility; critical thinker and results oriented • Must be able to pass a background check
