Major Responsibilities and Duties: Administrative Website Updates Responsible for updating the Ashton Woods website to reflect any changes, additions, and updates made by the sales and marketing departments. Partner with both departments to ensure accuracy and good communication. Update pricing on the website for price increases/decreases, inventory for home details for all new and sold homes Update the interactive home site maps weekly Add new inventory homes and professional photos Make any website updates for discrepancies as needed Add new community, new floor plans, etc. as needed Update google drive neighborhood details as needed Update hero images and promotional banners on website Update directions, contact info and new/terminated/transferred CSM’s on the website as needed Assisting with IFPs MLS liaison Support for inventory flyers Send-off new E-property listings & signage that advertise our inventory Marketing Coordinator Assistance Provide assistance to the Marketing Coordinator with the following: Process weekly sales orders and ensure back room is fully stocked Process signage orders Assist with realtor luncheon sponsorship orders and coordinate calendars Provide title company with closing gift orders as needed Act as liaison for office needs, such as: ordering supplies, assist with phone, internet, and TV problems Create contract boxes and USBs Update and provide inventory sheets & base price sheets Desired Candidate Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of related experience BA/BS in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field required Sales contact management / CRM system experience a plus Computer skills (Office Products, Salesforce.com, Pardot etc.) Possess an innate digital marketing acumen with a passion for the online world Working knowledge of online real estate search engines Highly organized with attention to detail & eye for quality execution, yet understands role in big picture Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, as everything about this role is consumer-facing Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Knowledge of sales process Strong analysis and follow-up Excellent organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Positive, can do attitude
